USF Women in Leadership & Philanthropy

Since our founding, WLP has raised well over $6 million for endowed and operating funds, and has deployed more than $1.5 million to support student scholarships, faculty excellence awards, mentoring engagements, and leadership development initiatives. We celebrate the fact that WLP scholarship recipients have a 97% graduation rate, and our faculty excellence award winners have leveraged our investments to attract significant additional research funding to the university, achieving national and international recognition for their scholarly excellence. The continued success of WLP is the result of the collective generosity of our 330 individual and 23 corporate members, who lend their time, talent, and treasure to make WLP the impactful organization that it has become.
